CALLIGARIS mainly operates with a drawing-based production in relation to the customer's specific requirements. The technical office is available to help the Customer in choosing the best heat exchanger and associated materials.
The company production includes static and ventilated evaporators, air coolers, air condensers, remote condensers, water batteries.





The fins made of aluminium, prepainted aluminium or copper, are forged with a special corrugation that increases the thermal exchange between the air and the fins, while limiting the charge loss on the air side and favouring the flow of condensate or defrosting water.


The following dimensions are available: 25x21.65 pipe 3/8", 25x25 pipe 3/8", 35x35 pipe ½", 35x35 pipe 3/8", 50x50 pipe 5/8", 60x30 pipe 5/8".


Copper pipes are manufactured with a wall thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm max. The expansion of the pipes during the expansion phase guarantees a perfect contact between pipes and fins thus assuring an efficient thermal exchange.


The sturdy structure frame is either made of a galvanized steel sheet or aluminium, stainless steel or copper, and is provided with drawn holes to allow the passage of the pipes.
The copper or steel manifolds are designed in relation to the particular application of the heat exchanger.



The welding of curves and connections is carried out by means of copper-phosphorus alloys with a variable percentage of silver, in a controlled atmosphere, to avoid the oxidation phenomena on the internal surface and assure a clean circuit.


The testing of the heat exchangers is carried out by means of a tightness test up to 30 bar.
